He is the founder of R.R. KHANDOL & CO. CA Dr. Rajesh Khandol was in the area of practice of Chartered Accountancy from 1990 to 2021. Internal Audit, System Audit & Management Audit remains his core area of interest and he has gained the vast expertise in this key area of business. During this journey, he has carried out various internal & system audits of corporate house having turnover ranging from Rs. 50 Crore to Rs. 5,000 Crore across different industries, across whole India & outside India. His expertise in system audit benefited clients to take key strategic commercial & financial decision which increase the profitability the organization & ensured optimum utilization of resources.

Academically, CA Dr Rajesh Khandol is a Science Graduate from M. G. Science College, Ahmedabad, Gujarat University. He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) since 1990. He has completed Diploma in Information System Audit (DISA). He has also completed L.L.B. in 1991. He has completed Doctorate Ph.D in subject of "Economic Development of Kutch after earthquake 2001"

He has been a researcher and has written columns for various reputed newspapers of the region in the field of taxation, wealth management etc. He has also been delivering frequent lectures in the areas of Direct Taxes, Indirect Taxes and Corporate Governance as well the Accounting Standards, wealth management.

He joined the firm and provided a strong sort of support to the all increasing bulk in the region of work after becoming a Chartered Accountant since 2008 after successfully concluding his articleship training phase under the senior partner Mr Rajesh Khandol. He currently manages the whole accountancy and payroll clients of the firm, internal audit of various clients and compliances and consulting in relation to company law matters of various clients. He has a very rich experience in handling the client's with regard to taking a preventive measures and compliance matters. He has gained experience of using leading software IDS of Hotel Industry followed by other accounting software which are voted best in the industry over the time.

He has effectively partnered in the growth of the firm since then. Because of his rich experience of working as a major handler of Corporate houses, he has been able to effectively implement the accounting system of the firms clients and also the high profiled companies and especially his impeccable knowledge in the Accounting Standards has been a reason for a very well laid system of Accounting implemented right from the start till the never ending phase of glory for our clients.

He is the major handler of the operational and throughout activities in the Bhuj Office of us.

CA Jinesh Shah is a partner at R. R. Khandol & Co., since 2010 having offices at Bhuj & Gandhidham. He is the major handler of the operational and throughout activities at Gandhidham Office. He is probably the first & only “Certified Internal Auditor” from IIA-USA in Kutch District. He has also completed the certified course of "Forensic Accounting & Fraud Detection" conducted by Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

He started his career as a student under the articleship training at R R Khandol & Co. and joined the firm as a partner. Being one of the youngest and an innovative head, He has been having a command on the major practice area of the firm being an Internal Audit.

He is incharge of Internal Audits of the Shipping Lines, Container Freight Stations, Freight Forwarders, Custom House agents and also the Manufacturing concerns including the Audits of Limited companies across many locations in India & also overseas. He has been a major frontliner in developing Internal control system in the cliental organizations to negate the risk of frauds and errors in the best way possible. He has also helped clients in developing & implementing Information System & IT infrastructure across the departments.

He has gained experience of using leading software CFS MAG of Container Freight Station Industries, LogiSys of clearing & Forwarding Industries, EBMS of Shipping Line Industries and SAP of Manufacturing Industries followed by other accounting software & operational software which are voted best in the industry over the time.
